Complex Fulfillment Programs, Streamlined for Customizable Membership Mailings

A Midwest Cultural Institution needed to outsource and update its membership program. In the span of three months, they needed to convert their in-house manual processing of paper cards to outsourced fulfillment of plastic cards, while still maintaining their level of customization and control of the process.

We proposed they use our membership renewals through direct mail, IP targeting, and email campaigns as well as presented our membership card production and fulfillment (both paper and plastic) capabilities to streamline their process.
