In addition to running the Operations and Financial departments at Darwill, Brandon drives the organization’s people-focused strategy and vision and has touched every aspect of the business throughout his 25 years of service. Outside of work, you can find him in Colorado skiing, snowboarding, fishing, and trail running with his family. A once top-secret fun fact about Brandon is his nickname “Cakes.” You’ll have to bribe his family to get the backstory on that one, though!
For 30 years, Darwill has been in Troy’s blood. Today, he leads Darwill’s Marketing, Sales, and Business Development efforts, including strategic planning and investments for new business initiatives. The customer is always forefront of his vision, and sourcing new technologies and innovative solutions to improve results are of constant focus. Troy loves to help clients build their businesses and share the knowledge he has gained from his personal business experience. Aside from helping Darwill’s clients, Troy also has a passion for mentoring his employees and creating a prosperous work environment where people can learn and feel that their God-given gifts are contributing to others. Outside of Darwill, Troy’s passions lie in the outdoors and with people: fly fishing pristine rivers, running, walking to town, and having dinner with friends. A fun fact about Troy: he has completed 9 Ironman triathlons, which allows him to indulge in his love of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.
Brother to Troy and Brandon, Jonathan grew up watching and learning from his father in all facets of the family business. In 2011, Jonathan started out by selling and managing accounts. Now with over 20 years of industry experience, he is the Vice President of Sales in our Colorado office. Jonathan is focused on continuous growth and expansion of the family business while also taking care of its employees.
With 40 years of experience in the graphic arts business, Jim Antis has seen it all! For the last 23 years at Darwill, Jim has served in a variety of roles including Pressroom Manager, Director of Operations, General Manager, and now Vice President of Operations. With Certifications in Mail Systems Management and Postal Regulations, he’s the right guy to lead all of Darwill’s manufacturing operations. He has a degree in Machine Tool Technology from Triton College and has a love for the great outdoors.
Managing the financial aspects for Darwill for the past 13 years, Debbie oversees all the financial and accounting needs of our growing business. Debbie has been in the direct mail industry for 13 years (all at Darwill) and in manufacturing for over 25 years. Debbie and her team focus on working smarter to help our customers achieve success and have a great experience overall with Darwill. When she's not crunching numbers, she's watching her daughter play softball and spending time with her dogs. A fun fact about Debbie is that she enjoys riding her Harley Davidson with her family down the winding roads of southern Illinois.
A Darwill veteran of over 25 years, Mark helps direct Darwill’s growth strategy. He also volunteers with several faith-based organizations as well as Boy Scouts with his son. In his free time, you’ll probably find him working on his golf game with little improvement.
Beth is the Vice President of Human Resources (HR) and has been part of the Darwill family since 2013. She oversees all aspects of HR from recruiting outstanding staff, employee relations, benefits, 401K, and safety. Beth has a keen eye for interior design. She has helped us time and again in leading the design of all our interior building projects from employee office spaces down to the latest décor detail. Outside of work, Beth enjoys being active in her garden or outside enjoying nature.
Gus started his career in the industry in June of 1993 and shortly after joined Darwill in 1998. Throughout his 25 years at Darwill, he has been a key figure in helping the company develop and utilize leading-edge technologies to help our customers execute complex communications. Gus leads Darwill’s technical teams (pre-press, data processing, and document composition) and is responsible for all technical facets of Darwill’s operations. He developed his passion for the graphics arts industry at Triton College in River Grove, Illinois.
Jon oversees Darwill’s sales and account management departments. When he’s not “crushing” it at work, finding Jon might be a challenge. He’s either fishing, gardening, cooking, building something, or hanging out with his wife and four children. A fun fact about Jon is that he enjoys volunteering his time for jail and prison ministry.
With over 10 years at the organization, Alex oversees our Atlanta office, which encompasses digital services, the Contact Center, and select verticals. When he isn’t traveling to visit clients, you will find him cashing in his SkyMiles to travel even more with his wife. Alex has an affection for cooking, as well as, eating and drinking over great conversation.
Brittany has been on the Darwill team for eight years. As Director of Customer Experience, she is tasked with overseeing the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives to improve internal customer relations and internal processes. When she’s not working, you can find Brittany at a golf course overshooting the green, curled up with a good book, or trying new brunch spots in the city.
Casey is the Senior Director of Product Innovation at Darwill. He brings 19 years of experience in marketing and advertising to the team. Casey helps to create new products that drive results for our clients and keeps them on the cutting edge of marketing and advertising technology. When he isn’t overseeing the creation of a new product, Casey loves to travel with his wife and two daughters. They frequently travel through different parts of South America in the winter and in the summer they enjoy spending time at the lake.
Chris leads Darwill’s Data and Engineering groups and drives our Analytics and Technology strategy across the organization. In addition to holding degrees from Caltech and Northwestern, Chris brings over 15 years of experience building high-performance Analytics, AI, and Machine Learning solutions to help clients better engage their customers. He is passionate about creating value and loves helping clients grow and solve challenges. When not developing new products and solutions, Chris is likely learning something new, being active, or traveling with his wife, two children, and two golden retrievers.
Kathy has been in solution-oriented management for over 30 years and with Darwill for three years. Here at Darwill, she is responsible for the growth and support of our Account Manager team. Kathy’s group executes successful project management outcomes for our clients. A fun fact about Kathy is that she enjoys spending time with her family, reading books, and attending concerts or art fairs. She just started exploring new recipes to expand her cooking skills.
Kim has 18 years of industry experience and 10 years of leading Darwill’s creative direction. Kim oversees both Design and Marketing teams and collaborates with clients on new campaign objectives. She has helped clients of all different sizes and industries craft thousands of unique campaigns and other marketing needs. Her teams gather learnings from each campaign that are applied in new ways to produce fresh, engaging, and response-driving marketing. On the weekends she is with her husband and kids—weather permitting, on their boat. One fun fact about Kim is that she’s ridden around Lake Tahoe—a 115-mile trek with a 1,000 ft. climb to Spooner Junction—not once, but twice!
Rithika is Darwill’s Director of Digital Services. With over nine years in the industry, Rithika oversees all of Darwill’s digital functionality, services, and platforms for marketing and advertising across all the markets we serve. In her free time, Rithika enjoys a good book and likes to dance. On average she reads about 150 books a year and dances a minimum of two hours every day! Rithika also loves traveling and has a goal of visiting three new cities or countries every year.
Peter has been with Ross, a Darwill company, for seven years. He has an extensive background working 18 years in the Automotive industry – 10 of those years for a dealership with 12 locations. Peter is a self-motivated individual, who can define, communicate, and fulfill project goals and break down complex issues into manageable parts. His performance has resulted in a successful career and produced highly satisfied clients and results. Peter is extremely adept at multi-tasking and time management and is bilingual in English and Spanish. On his days off, he enjoys fishing, boating, spending time with his grandkids, and flying his airbus flight simulator.
