Hearing Aid Provider Clickthrough Traffic Skyrockets with Darwill

Challenge:

A hearing aid provider was looking to increase awareness of their hearing aid products and physical stores by driving traffic to their website. The client tasked Darwill with utilizing programmatic tactics to reach their target audience. The hearing aid client wanted to achieve a CTR of 0.10%.

Solution:

Darwill’s expert team worked together with the client to develop a comprehensive strategy including search retargeting, keyword contextual targeting, category contextual targeting, and mobile geo-optimization. Search and contextual targeting were used to reach users who indicated an interest in hearing aids. This included targeting competitor domains and keywords.

After launch, Darwill continually monitored and made enhancements to improve the campaign’s performance. This optimization consisted of shifting the budget to the highest-performing tactics, adjusting keyword bids, block listing domains, reducing the keyword recency from 30 days to one day, changing the frequency cap, and implementing dayparting to maximize the campaign’s performance and reach.

Results:

Throughout the campaign, Darwill delivered a CTR of 0.39%, nearly quadrupling the advertiser’s initial goal of 0.10%.
